What are reasons women seek your services?
There are many reasons women seek my coaching and end-of-life doula services. They might be in the middle of a big transition such as divorce, retirement, or an unplanned job loss. Others are redesigning their careers or launching their businesses. Women facing a life-threatening illness look for support to help them navigate how they want to spend their time, be remembered, and communicate their final wishes.
I partner with women wherever they are on their life journey. I provide a safe space for women to tell their stories, brainstorm, clarify their intentions, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, awaken to their true potential, and move forward from a place of strength.
Let’s work together to gentle your journey.

How do coaching and counseling differ?
Coaching and psychotherapy do have similarities. They are both grounded in a safe, confidential, and structured conversation built on a relationship of trust. They both support clients to identify solutions to problems, address obstacles, and build toward a positive future.
Robert Biswas-Diener, author of Positive Provocation, shares that “Psychotherapy addresses clinically significant distress and coaching never should.”
Or, as a good friend recently remarked, “When it came time to think through my career and submit a successful job application, I sought out a coach, not my therapist.”
Contact me to explore how we might partner together to build toward your positive future.

What are the Three Stages of the Menopause Transition
The menopause transition has three stages, perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Perimenopause usually begins in the mid-forties and can last 8-10 years. Hormonal changes during this time can lead to symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats, fatigue, and weight gain. Sleep, nutrition, and exercise can help manage symptoms and protect health. Women should also discuss hormone therapy with their healthcare provider. What is an End-of-Life Doula?
End-of-life doulas provide companionship, comfort, and guidance to those facing a terminal illness or death. End-of-life doulas offer non-medical holistic emotional and spiritual support along with assistance with practical tasks. They also share information and resources with the dying person along with family members and loved ones to support informed decision-making. You can learn more about the role of end-of-life doulas at INELDA.
I partner with terminally ill and dying persons to design and carry out a plan to meet their unique needs and ease their end-of-life journey.
